Preparing for Winter
Winter is here. Don't forget to disconnect your garden hoses and cover the spouts, change your air filter, reverse your ceiling fans, prep your car, and take care of your plants.

Serve as a Board Director
If you are interested in serving on the board of directors for The Cottages at Mingo Crossing, please let us know via email. Click HERE for more information about serving.

Don't get a Covenant Violation Notice
Covenant violations are avoidable if you maintain your lawn, including keeping it cut and edged. Put away your trash cans. Do not park a trailer, boat, or RV in your driveway for more than a 48 hours. If you need additional time, you must contact us to avoid a violation notification. Help us keep our neighborhood looking nice.

Do you need to submit an Architectural Change Request?
Click HERE to submit a request. Any exterior changes (expanding the driveway, building a pergola, screen porch, etc.) needs approval.

Be Pet Responsible
If you own a dog or cat, it must be on a leash if it is not contained within your fence in your backyard. If you walk your pet around our neighborhood ON A LEASH, please make sure you clean up any mess it makes on the common area or a neighbors lawn. It is also a violation if your dog is constantly barking and disturbing the peace.
