HOA News Highlights:

A Very Special Thank You
After the last two wind storms, a few of the youth of this neighborhood collected the trash cans which had been blown around the street and returned them to their homes. Thank you for caring about our neighborhood and our neighbors. Bravo to you all.

Preparing for Spring
Spring is here. Do you have lovely purple flowers and other weeds in your lawn? Now is the time to treat it with a weed killer and fertilizer.

Don't get a Covenant Violation Notice
Covenant violations are avoidable if you maintain your lawn, including keeping it cut and edged. Put away your trash cans. Do not park a trailer, boat, or RV in your driveway for more than a 48 hours. If you need additional time, you must contact us to avoid a violation notification. Help us keep our neighborhood looking nice.

Do you need to submit an Architectural Change Request?
Click HERE to submit a request. Any exterior changes (expanding the driveway, building a pergola, screen porch, etc.) needs approval.

Be Pet Responsible
If you own a dog or cat, it must be on a leash if it is not contained within your fence in your backyard. If you walk your pet around our neighborhood ON A LEASH, please make sure you clean up any mess it makes on the common area or a neighbors lawn. It is also a violation if your dog is constantly barking and disturbing the peace.
